The content is available from day one — there’s no drip schedule. Most subscribers complete the core modules within 8–12 weeks, then use the remaining months for live sessions, coaching, and community support.

Your subscription renews annually at the same rate. As long as you’re a member, you have full access to all content, live sessions, and updates we add throughout the year.

Yes. Federal agencies can fund employee training under 5 U.S.C. § 4109, which covers course fees, professional development subscriptions, and workshop registrations. Many of our subscribers use their agency’s existing training budget.

Three modules — Resume, Interviewing, and Branding — are delivered as Live Intensives because these skills require real-time coaching, feedback, and practice. The remaining three modules (Leadership, Networking, Personal Growth) are self-paced with a live kickoff session, so you can go deep on your own schedule.

Individual subscribers attend virtually. Team and Enterprise subscribers can choose in-person or virtual delivery based on their needs.

We don’t offer a free trial, but we do offer a complimentary Strategy Briefing so you can see if the program is the right fit before enrolling.

Team and Enterprise plans are billed annually per seat. We can invoice directly or work with your contracting office. For Agency-Wide pricing (100+ seats), contact us for a custom proposal.
